By accessing or using the Roundup Web Solutions website and the websites, software, and services we build for you, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Roundup Web Solutions provides website design and development, custom software development, hosting, and maintenance services. The specific scope, timeline, and price of each project are defined in a separate agreement or quote provided before work begins.
Payment
Marketing website packages are billed at the quoted fixed price, with hosting and maintenance billed monthly thereafter. Custom projects are billed according to the quote. Payment schedules are specified in your project agreement. Monthly hosting and maintenance subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or access needed to complete your project. Delays caused by missing client input may affect delivery timelines.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the website or software we build for you, excluding third-party tools, fonts, and libraries used under their own licenses. We may showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roundup Web Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from the use of our services.
Termination
Either party may end a hosting or maintenance subscription at any time. Project work already completed and paid for remains yours. Unpaid balances are due upon termination.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below and, for significant changes, notify active clients through their project communication channels.
